Stockton Telecom provides full Engineering, Furnishing and Installation (EF&I) services to the client. We employ
experienced engineers who develop detailed system designs that meet the client's specific requirements. Stockton also provides quality Installation, Furnish and Test and Turn-up services, and comprehensive Maintenance programs. With the ability to take the client from beginning to end of the telecommunications continuum, Stockton is the E,F&I solution.
Stockton's Engineering Department employs detail telecommunications engineers in Dallas, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The company's engineers develop detailed specifications, accompanied by AutoCad drawings, to ensure that our customers' orders are filled correctly. Stockton's engineers and technicians perform work in all telecommunications environments, including Central Offices, Colocations, Remote Terminals, Cable Entrance Vaults (CEVs) and Customer Premises. In addition, Stockton can provide the client with Office Record Index (ORI) drawings and detailed lists of materials that include unit pricing for accounting purposes.
FURNISHGiven today's economic environment, many companies continue to see outsourcing operations as a viable option. Stockton has an affordable solution for the client's telecom requirements and rely on Stockton's experience, facilities and capabilities to build, assemble, stage, warehouse and deliver the client's communications project needs.
INSTALLATIONLed by experienced Project Managers and Installation Technicians, Stockton offers a full array of installation services. Installation teams are skilled in multiple vendor and technology applications, with installer skill levels certified per telecommunication industry standards and equipment manufacturer requirements. Furthermore, internal audit systems ensure quality service and installations. Cross training within functional groups encourages multi- dimensional levels of on-site experience to achieve better production and quality assurance. Installation services include projects in all telecommunications environments, including central offices, remote terminals, outside plant, loop electronic cabinets, customer premises, data network systems, and wireless network deployment. In each of these environments, installations have a wide variety of transport and power equipment.
PROJECT MANAGEMENTThe project management team at Stockton is capable of handling the complex task of budgeting, directing the logistics of each job by coordinating crews, equipment inventory, job site management, meeting deadlines, troubleshooting problems, and interacting with the client.
TEST AND TURN-UPIn addition to engineering and installation of equipment, Stockton employs certified personnel to test and turn up equipment as an added advantage to the client, thereby avoiding outsourcing a crew for the test and turn up phase. This service provides the client the assurance that Stockton is confident in the quality of its employees.
